•    Have InPlace Care seen by our customers, staff and business associates as a quality focussed excellent supplier of services within the Home and Community Care service industry

•    Meet the expectations of the Directors by achieving the annual Financial and Non-Financial Budget objectives; through a passionate commitment to our vision and values

•    To continue to develop the business by preparing a business strategic plan with bi annual reviews

•    Review the business quarterly through a Comprehensive Management Review Meeting with senior management including reviewing KPI’s for the business as set for both internal and external stakeholders

•    To achieve and maintain quality practices and standards

•    To provide our care workers with information and opportunities for maintaining and further improving the development of their professional competencies

To review internal staff each year and prepare personal training plans from which to build a smarter employee skill base within the business

•    To develop, implement and continuously maintain processes and systems for effective problem solving and continuous improvement, throughout the organisation

•    To provide a level of responsiveness to clients and patients communication / requests

•    To maintain the profile of workers that InPlace Care requires for fully qualified personal carers and registered professional staff
